Ovulation and Fertile Window Predictions
See your next fertile window and ovulation estimated on the home screen and in the chart view. They will be displayed as light green until verified. Look for "estimated" in the text circle on the home screen.
Predictions are based on your onboarding data and cycle length averages and will improve as more cycles are logged.
Predictions can be helpful, but ovulation timing can change in any cycle. Don’t rely on estimates for fertility decisions—daily observation of your body’s signs will accurately help you discern your fertility status. If you pass your predicted ovulation date, keep tracking your symptoms until ovulation is verified.

Verified fertile window and ovulation
Observe and track Cervical Mucus (CM) to identify the beginning of the fertile window. Entering a CM observation will change the fertile window indication to dark green to alert you that fertility is changing. After ovulation is verified, the fertile window will close.
The fertile phase of each cycle lasts 5-7 days. Cervical mucus signals that ovulation may be approaching and opens our real-time fertile window. This window may last longer than a week. The actual fertile phase can only be identified after ovulation is verified.
Ovulation is detected by a change in temperatures. The app will update to verify ovulation after detecting a valid temperature shift (red cover line and high temp numbering on the chart). Watch for "verified" and the switch to "Luteal phase" on the home screen. The ovulation indication will be displayed in dark green.
Cervical Mucus cross-check option: Ovulation will be verified only if both a valid Peak day and temperature shift are identified close together. To use this cross-check, turn on the setting in the app and keep entering a CM observation each day until P123 appears on the chart. Learn more about CM peak day here.
