My sensor is not functioning properly- where can I get help?
Your Tempdrop is covered under our one or two-year (optional add-on at purchase) manufacturer's warranty.

What kind of problems can I seek assistance for?
Our team is ready and waiting to help no matter the problem. If your sensor casing is damaged, the pink sensor button is not functioning as expected (sticking or fails to click), light indications are not working, etc.
All assessments are done remotely for your convenience. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and cover shipping provided it falls inside the warranty window/policy.
