How do I make a Tempdrop Insurance claim?

Tempdrop Insurance is an optional accidental damage or loss insurance cover. It can be purchased at any time and renewed annually.*

If you have lost or accidentally damaged your Tempdrop sensor and need to make a claim, please email support@temp-drop.com and provide the following information: 

• your user email address (Tempdrop app login)
• send us your Tempdrop insurance order number
• provide the date and details of the loss or accidental damage that occurred
• send us pictures of your sensor (if damaged)
• let us know if you wish to add a new armband (at the purchase price of $9.00) and the size required (standard or large).
