Why have my app predictions stopped showing?

If your Tempdrop app is no longer showing predictions, there are two possible reasons:

1. Your premium subscription has expired – You can check your subscription status by navigating to Menu > Premium in the app. If it has expired, renewing your subscription will restore prediction features.

   
   

2. Your cycles have been categorized as irregular – When cycles are irregular, the app cannot reliably estimate your next ovulation, so predictions are disabled. However, the app will continue to interpret your real-time data and confirm when ovulation has occurred. Once ovulation has passed, the app can then predict your next period due date.

   
   

   To check your cycle status, go to Menu > Cycles in the app.
