Please discontinue use and contact us at support@temp-drop.com to have your Tempdrop assessed. All assessments are done remotely for your convenience and to expedite a resolution. If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and cover shipping provided it falls inside the warranty window/policy.
