Data variation check
Have you received an in-app notification letting you know that we've detected some variation in your data? Read on to find out why.
It's been detected that you have had at least some variation in the overnight data stability. Don't worry, this might be your normal, but it's a good time to run a double-check of the wearing position as this is important for optimal results.
Please take the time now to review your wearing habits.
- Position the sensor high on the arm just below the armpit. Feel for the soft dip close to the armpit.
- Curvier ladies may need to move the sensor closer to the armpit over the thinnest skin.
- Ensure the tip of the sensor is pointing towards the elbow.
- Check the band is adjusted so it's firm on the arm. The sensor needs to stay stable against the skin during sleep
You might be able to press into the dip between the bicep and triceps muscles to locate your pulse as a guide.
💡 Tip: Tonight, take a quick photo after you put on your Tempdrop and double-check everything looks right. Posing with the hand behind the head gives the best view.
