How do I cancel my Tempdrop app premium subscription?

Easily manage your premium app subscription through the Tempdrop app or via your app store.

To change your subscription option, cancel and then resubscribe.

Cancel through the Tempdrop app

Go to the app menu. Select premium and scroll to the bottom to manage your subscription. 

Cancel through the app store

Apple users:

1. Open the Apple App Store on your device.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Subscriptions to view all your active and past subscriptions.
4. Find Tempdrop in the list and select the option to cancel the subscription.

Android users:

1. Open the Google Play app on your device.
2. Tap your profile image at the top right of the screen.
3. Select Payments and Subscriptions, then click Subscriptions.
4. Find Tempdrop in the list and scroll to the bottom of the screen
5. Choose Cancel Subscription.

Can I get a refund if my subscription was unintentionally renewed?

To apply for a refund:

Apple: Tempdrop cannot process refunds for App Store subscriptions. You can request a refund directly from Apple by following this link and completing their refund process.

Android: Please reach out to our support team to request a refund.

Important Note: only annual purchases processed in the last 4 weeks are eligible for a refund.
